Catherine has 20 years of legal, regulatory, policy and advocacy experience specialising in promoting equality, human rights and social justice and has undertaken a range of leadership roles in the public and private sector. Catherine is currently a consultant, supporting organisations and governments to create safe, equitable and inclusive cultures and to deliver outcomes that promote human rights. Her prior roles have included the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Telstra, where she led Telstra’s DEI strategy and initiatives; Executive Director, Department of Health, providing legal advice and assistance to the Department and its Ministers to support the response to COVID-19; and Executive Director, Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission. Catherine is member of the Nominations and Governance Committee as well as the People and Remuneration Committee.

On returning to Australia, Amber worked with Coles and Target as General Manager of Digital Marketing, GM Housebrand, GM Category Marketing and GM Brand & Media as well as leading the activation of key charitable partnerships. Most recently Amber was Chief Marketing Officer for Australia Post running business, consumer and community marketing. Amber is Chair of the Nominations and Governance Committee.

Dave is a socially minded former chef whose passion for food has taken him from working in some of Melbourne’s most well-known restaurants to leading the largest food relief charity in Victoria. After many years working in the not-for-profit sector, Dave was appointed as Foodbank Victoria CEO in July 2013, bringing with him a drive to change the injustice of food insecurity that many people in Victoria face. In 2014, Dave successfully advocated for government support to provide healthy school breakfasts to vulnerable children. Since the School Breakfast Clubs program launched in 2016, over 40 million meals have been served across 1,000 Victorian schools in partnership with the State Government. During the last three years of tumultuous change, Dave has established ambitious and innovative food programs to reach our most vulnerable communities where they live.
