Are you a parent of a child aged 0-5 years?
Do you feel a bit confused and lost when it comes to feeding your family?
Our FREE online nutrition and cooking workshops are for you!
We run five workshops that cover everything from feeding your little ones to feeding your family.
During each of our workshops, we will be cooking one of our recipes. You can cook along with us too and have your dinner prepared and ready to go! We will send you the recipe before the workshop to allow you to purchase the ingredients you need.
But don’t stress if you are not able to, just watch along!
After each workshop you will receive access to resources to help you along the way.
PLUS…you’ll also stand a chance to win a Superhero Foods resource bundle which includes recipe books, a kids healthy eating plate, a portion plate, a kid-safe knife, our Superhero Foods bingo game, and brand-new kids aprons!
To go into the draw, all you need to do is attend and participate in all 5 workshops!

Time goes so quickly in the first year of life. One minute you’re cuddling a newborn, and in the blink of an eye your baby is starting to sit up and look to other sources of food besides milk alone. But then the questions start…
- Which fruit and vegetable should you introduce first?
- Do you puree or follow the Baby Led Weaning approach?
- Is my baby getting enough?
- What if my baby chokes?
- How can I prevent my baby having an allergic reaction?
If you’re feeling uncertain and confused around conflicting advice and Dr Google, come and join us for an informative nutrition workshop as we unpack some of these myths and questions. At the same time, learn and cook a new recipe with us which is nutritious, cheap and enjoyed by the WHOLE family, not just your baby!
Register now for the Sensational Start workshop and say goodbye to multiple meals being prepared or watching your cooking being thrown on the floor!

Yes, we know home cooked meals are cheaper and healthier, but what happens when you are a full- time parent and have no creative juices to be a famous cook like Maggie Beer? Buying ready-made meals and snacks becomes a go-to – we hear you!
But how can you choose healthier processed foods and meals for your family? It’s a confusing minefield of choice walking up and down the aisle with the strong pull of marketing enticing you to buy that perfect product.
But is it too high in sugar/salt/fat/preservatives? What is too high? How can you compare food products? Can I trust the Health Star rating?
Don’t have much time to read labels and don’t know what to look for? We give you tips to quickly analyse a product to know whether to purchase it or put it back on the shelf.
Take control and empower yourself with knowledge on how to choose foods that are ‘healthy’ by registering and attending our FREE Food Investigation workshop.
At the same time, learn and cook a new recipe with us which is nutritious, cheap and enjoyed by the WHOLE family!
“I feel like I learn something new every time. I think these workshops are really valuable.” Angela from South Hedland

Are you tired of stressful mealtimes?
The constant battle of telling your child to sit still at the table? Or having to bribe your child to eat their food 10 times before they actually take a bite (and the bite of course doesn’t include any of the vegetables on their plate – insert crying emoji!).
If you are wishing for days when mealtimes are relaxing and enjoyable rather than a battle ground, come and join us for an informative nutrition workshop as we unpack how to create positive family mealtimes and address fussy eating behaviours.
At the same time, learn and cook a new nutritious recipe with us that will have your child begging for more!
Register now for the Family Mealtimes workshop and say goodbye to stressful mealtimes.
“Definitely going to start having the kids in the kitchen more. They were so into it, and they were really relaxed. I thought it was going to be chaos, but it was good.” Casey from Newman

Leaving the house is no small feat with young children. There are nappy bags, changes of clothes, activities and of course FOOD…enough food to feed an army and prevent the hangry tantrums!
Whether it be snacks at the park or school lunches, every parent wants to provide nutritious food for growing bodies and minds that is not left in the lunchbox at the end of the day and wasted. However, kids want colourful, interesting, fun food which can be challenging when stock standard vegemite sandwiches are much quicker and easier to make by a time poor parent!
Share with other parents on how to get your kids to love healthy nutritious foods, and get them involved in making their school lunchboxes – you could be the next favourite school lunch parent in their class!
Join us for an informative nutrition workshop as we unpack how to pack balanced and exciting lunchboxes that your kids look forward to opening.
At the same time, learn and cook a new recipe with us which is nutritious, cheap and easy to eat on the run by energetic children.
