USASA (Uni SA Student Association) along with Foodbank SA & NT have established an easy online referral system for students to access Food Hub referral vouchers for the Foodbank Food Hubs. By completing this form you will receive a once off $10 voucher to use in the Foodbank Food Hubs to access the Foodbank food relief service. 

This form is for Uni SA Students only. 

You can check your local Food Hub opening times or Mobile Hub schedules on the Foodbank website.

How to access your voucher: 

1. Complete this simple online form (including your name, Student ID number and email).
2. Once you have completed this form you will receive an email confirmation that will include your unique voucher number. 
3. Attend a Foodbank Food Hub during operating hours to claim your voucher. 
4. On attendance at the Food Hub present your Student ID and email confirmation (the email will include your voucher number). 

PLEASE NOTE: If you need an additional free Foodbank voucher you may be requested to contact one of Foodbank’s member agencies for your referral.
