Your Kindness Brought Food and Hope to Judy’s Christmas

During our Christmas Appeal, we shared Judy’s story and her love for her two great-nephews, whom she took into her care later in life. For Judy, Christmas is often the most stressful time of year, as she stretches every dollar to make sure the boys don’t miss out.

Thanks to your generosity, the pressure eased. Judy received a Christmas Hamper that helped her family get through the festive season with food, dignity and relief.

“You have no idea how much this Christmas Hamper means to me and my family,” Judy shared. “It made such a big difference on Christmas Day, and the boys were delighted to receive some special Christmas treats. I cannot express enough how much this help means to me and all the other people out there that are struggling.”

Judy’s experience was shared by thousands of families and individuals across South Australia and the Northern Territory. Parents and carers who often go without were able to breathe a little easier, knowing their children could enjoy a meal and a moment of joy.
