Volunteering Expression of Interest

If you are interested in volunteering with Foodbank SA & NT and supporting your community, please complete the Expression of Interest Form below.

After we receive your form, we will contact you to discuss volunteer opportunities available, organise a visit at the Foodbank SA & NT site and walk you through the onboarding process.

Please note: We currently do not have any student volunteering or school group volunteering opportunities available. Students who would like to support Foodbank SA & NT can run Food Drives or Fundraise to help support Foodbank SA & NT.

Roles available:

• In a Warehouse: Assist by packing orders, assisting welfare agencies with collecting orders, sorting groceries and packing fruit and vegetables.
• In a Food Hub: Food Hubs offer a dignified food relief shopping experience for those in need, assist by welcoming and assisting people in need, processing their referrals on the computer system and stocking the Food Hub shelves.
• On the road – Transport food relief: Assist by collecting donated food and groceries from donor companies and delivering to our welfare agencies, schools and Food Hubs.
• At Events: Assist by helping raise donations of funds and food for those in need and raising awareness of the range of support programs Foodbank SA & NT has to offer.
• In our Head Office: Supporting various departments with admin activities to help get food out to people who need it.
