Where does Foodbank food go?

Whether it be perfectly edible fresh produce that would otherwise end up in landfill, or food that is incorrectly labeled and unable to make it to supermarket shelves, we source food and groceries from farmers, growers, retailers and wholesalers right across the country.

This food is then distributed to more than 450 charities across Victoria and used in community meal programs, pantries, kitchens, dining halls, soup vans and food relief hampers – helping to feed more than 140,000 Victorians every month.
