Distributing food

It takes strong partnerships and seamless logistics to make sure donated food reaches the people who need it most across Australia.
Our national network of distribution partners, charities and schools is vital to getting food onto the tables of Australians experiencing food insecurity.
How Foodbank Australia distributes food
Foodbank works through a network of Foodbanks in each state and territory, more than 2,950 frontline charities, and over 3,000 schools to provide essential food relief nationwide.
Each year, we distribute the equivalent of 92 million meals, with more than 48 million kilograms of food and groceries transported across the country thanks to the support of our logistics partners.
